Annual revenues of $500k-$2m and profits of $200k - $750k
Track record of consistent revenues and profitability
Industries that are not sensitive too economic cycles, technology advancements or regulatory risks
The Seller
Wants to see the business under a new, energetic leader and have confidence the employees are in good hands
Seeks a liquidity event after a fulfilling career
Desires a reduction in day-to-day involvement but may want to keep skin in the game
Ready for retirement and needs a transition plan

I am from a one-stoplight town in Southwest Michigan. St. Pete is now my home where I live with my wife, son, and dog. Those who know me describe me as genuine, ambitious, and curious.
My career has focused on growth and operations both in manufacturing and cutting-edge software. Most recently, I was the General Manager for a high-growth startup where I worked directly with hundreds of small business owners and workers.
I graduated from the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. I enjoy swimming, running, trap shooting, and reading.
